Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all aesthetic treatments provided by misumi nutraesthetics.
1.2 By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
2.1 Appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed by misumi nutraesthetics.
2.2 Cancellations and amendments must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, resulting in the full price of treatment being charged.
3. Payments
3.1 All treatments must be paid in full BEFORE treatment being carried out.
3.2 We accept cash, credit/debit cards, paypal, clearpay, and klarna.
4. Treatment Courses
4.1 Treatment courses must be paid for in full before the first treatment.
4.2 All treatments in a course must be completed within 12 months of purchase. Unused treatments after this period will be forfeited.
5. Refunds
5.1 Prepaid treatments and treatment plans are non-refundable.
5.2 Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of misumi nutraesthetics.
6. Medical Conditions and Consent
6.1 Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications BEFORE treatment and have test patches for certain treatments if they are new to misumi nutraesthetics
6.2 A consent form must be signed before any treatment is carried out.
7. Liability
7.1 misumi nutraesthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from treatments.
7.2 Clients are responsible for following pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by the practitioner.
8. Privacy
8.1 All client information is confidential and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
8.2 We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1 misumi nutraesthetics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
