Booking Policy

Bookings are not secured until the deposit has been paid.

Some treatments will require a test patch 24 hours before the treatment If you are new to Misumi Nutraesthetics.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations or amendments to bookings must be received 48 hours BEFORE your appointment to prevent loss of deposit and are limited to 2 occasions.

On the day cancellations will result in the payment card being charged for the full cost of treatment.

The client must fill out the pre-treatment form at least 24 hours before the appointment and would need to re-confirm before the appointment commences.
